Nikola Kovacevic, was born in Nikšic , Montenegro in 1973. He graduated from   the Fine Arts Academy of Cetinje in Montenegro (1997). Nikola spent last 15 years travelling between Montenegro and Paris, France, where he has his atelier and where he currently lives. Recently Nikola has decided to explore exhibition opportunities in Los Angeles, United States.

He is a member of Artists Association of Montenegro and France.

Nikola Kovacevic was awarded the first national prize for excellence from the Center of Modern Art from Montenegro in 1997.

Honored by the national French Contemporary Art Salon “Salon d’Automne” in 2004 as the 1st prize winner.

Paintings of Nikola Kovacevic are part of the collection of National Museum of Montenegro, Government of Montenegro, Regional Museum of City of Bar, Montenegro Airlines and many private collections in different countries ( France, Switzerland, Germany, Nederland, United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Israel and United States).
